The origin

I built a
product.
Then what?

The code was shipped. Users were signing up. But nobody tells you the next part.

Why "Sensei"

Sensei means
"one who came before."

A sensei is someone who has walked the path ahead of you and guides you through what they’ve already learned. Not a chatbot that tells you what you want to hear. Not a dashboard full of vanity metrics. Someone direct, honest, and patient — who looks at where you are, tells you what’s actually true, and shows you what to do next.

That’s what I wanted this product to be. A relationship built on respect, honesty, and earned trust — the kind a founder can come back to every week, and keep coming back to as the product grows into itself.

The name is intentional. The respect behind it is real.

The silence

How to price it?
Where to find users?
What to say?

I built something I believed in, and then I hit a wall that had nothing to do with code. How do I position this? What should I charge? Who are my real competitors? What do I say to investors? Every search led to generic frameworks, $30K consultants, or accelerators that wanted equity for advice.

I didn't need a mentor. I didn't need a course. I needed something that knew my product and could tell me — specifically, clearly — what to do next. Not a canvas to fill in. Not a blog post. An answer.

That tool didn't exist. So I built it.

The gap

Strategy is the distance between a good product and a growing one.

Why Sensei exists

I was in the zone — building products left and right.

It was fun, until I realized I didn’t know what to do next. I’d built the thing. Now what?

I started looking for help. Consultants were too expensive. ChatGPT took too much prompting, and its recommendations kept stripping the human touch off what I’d made.

I wanted something real. Something to act on. Something that would tell me what to sharpen, what to leave alone, what would actually bring my products to life.

So I built Sensei — the advisor I wished I had while I was in it.

Now it’s yours.

What Sensei is

A strategy advisor for founders
who build first and figure it out after.

Describe your product. In minutes, Sensei generates a full strategic analysis — positioning, pricing, competitive landscape, growth channels, a 30-day action plan, and fundraising readiness. Not from a template. From your data.

What you get

Sensei covers positioning, pricing, competitors, site conversion, content, launch strategy, fundraising, and a 30-day roadmap — all from one analysis.

See how it works

What Sensei is NOT

A chatbot that tells you what you want to hear

A strategist that tells you what you need to know

A dashboard full of vanity metrics

Specific verdicts with specific fixes

A one-time PDF that goes stale in a week

A living strategy that evolves with your market

Your stage, your strategy

Sensei grows with you.

Whether you're validating an idea or preparing to raise, Sensei meets you where you are. Every analysis recalibrates to your current stage, your latest data, your evolving market.

Seed

You have an idea

Sensei validates your market, sizes the opportunity, and pressure-tests your positioning before you write a line of code.

Sprout

You shipped something

Full diagnosis with scores. Pricing analysis. Competitive landscape. A 14-day roadmap to accelerate your growth.

Growth

Users are showing up

Launch playbook. Content and messaging strategy. Site audit. Channel recommendations calibrated to your product, not a template.

Scale

You need to raise or expand

Fundraising readiness assessment. Pitch deck generation. Historical score tracking to show investors your trajectory.

What we believe

Specificity beats frameworks.

Generic advice is noise. Sensei doesn't hand you a canvas to fill in. It gives you answers calibrated to your product, your market, your stage, and your goals.

Speed is a feature.

Founders don't have six weeks to wait for a consultant's deck. They need clarity now, while the window is open and the momentum is real.

Strategy should evolve, not expire.

A one-time report gathers dust. Sensei re-analyzes as your product changes — new features, new competitors, new data. Your strategy stays current because your product doesn't sit still.

Beta access

Free now.
Not forever.

Sensei is in beta. Right now, every module is unlocked — diagnosis, strategy, validation, competitive analysis, fundraising readiness, all of it. No credit card. No limits. No catch.

That's not the long-term plan. When Sensei graduates from beta, pricing settles at $49/mo — founders who join now lock in $29/mo permanently as founding members. Their feedback shapes what Sensei becomes. You're not just using the product — you're shaping it.

From the founder

I'm a builder. I can design, code, ship, and iterate. The part that kept me up at night was everything after — am I priced right? Is my positioning landing? Is my site converting or just existing? Am I actually ready to raise?

None of the answers I found were built for someone like me. Strategy frameworks for 200-person companies. Consultants who handed me decks I never opened again. I asked AI — it told me to "focus on product-market fit" and "iterate based on user feedback." Thanks.

So I built the thing I couldn't find — something that actually knows your product, looks at it honestly, gives you real scores, and shows you exactly how to level up this week.

Sensei is for founders who can build anything but need to know what comes after. No board. No $50K consultant. Just the same strategic clarity that funded companies get on day one.

Sensei is the tool I wish I'd had.
Now it's yours.
